Private Billing

Cairns West Medical Centre is a private medical clinic equipped with general practitioners, an advanced practice nurse, a medical practice assistant, different health providers, and psychologists. Our mission is to provide patient-centred services to all of our patients, whether they are children or adults. 

As such, we always want to be hands-on with our clients and make them feel that they are valued. We take time on every patient appointment by getting to know them instead of talking to them for 15 minutes. We want the root cause of their concern, so we believe that a couple of minutes is insufficient to address a patient’s health issues. We build rapport and connect with our patients to know better about their medical history. This is the reason why we are a private billing clinic – because we provide quality instead of quantity.
